KFF Story

The story of Kung Fu Flash is set in a sub-urban city.  The current political outlook doesn't look very good and crime in the city has slowly been ramping up to the state in which the city is today.  The Mayor of the city is making a big announcement about the future of the city as well as the new policies he is about to implement to start decreasing the surge in crime.  Our story begins while the Mayor is giving his speech to a few local reporters in city hall and suddenly.....
